Year end function

Hi guys i wanna do something special for a year end function,any ideas?its been a hectic year and we deserve a bit of fun...

Hi guys this is how its going to go....
28 november 2009 marks a great day in our club,we will be doing a run to lovers rock magaliesburg where we will have our year end function,we invited 2 other clubs to join us,namely import knights and the scooby club.So we will try and atempt a 100 car convoy,yes 100 you heard me.Details on a starting point will follow soon.The owner of lovers rock has agreed to let the driver and his car in for free,all other passengers in the car has a R50 cover charge,this R50 smacers will alow you all the venues atractions like water slides,putt-putt,braai spots etc...This is like really no money for this,you are all welcome to bring your own meat,drinks etc..This is going to be epic as all the cars have a spot next to each other in the grounds and we will all braai and visit behind them.Max my ride magazine will also be present to do a story with pics.So lets try and get as many cars as possable we have space for 200 cars,some clubs are bringing like 30 to 40 cars so lets all pull in and make a effort to keep our brand flag high!Please contact me on 082 390 8791 for any info needed.Im working on some sponcers so we can have a friendly show and shine competition between us all with a prize or two.Maybe the durban/cape town and other guys can pull thru aswell.We all talk on the forum but never meet up,lets change that as we all are family after all.so come make the effort and lets make history!

ok details are set for meetup....
28th of November 2009 northgate on the westrand.we will meet between 7:00 to 8:30 this is enough time for everybody to meet up i think?Then we will leave in convoy to lovers rock maps will be handed out the morning incase some cars dwindle of the convoy.This is going to be huge!
