I got a 76mm pipe bent for my turbo intake and when they bent/rolled it, it went oval. It now measures 76mm and 65mm across. Do you think this will make a big difference in the flow and performance, I mean big enough for me to get another one made??

Any flat spots through the rev range (besides the normal turbo lag) ?

Ok well a symptom of a restrictive intake is a drop in boost pressure at high RPM before the turbo's physical operating range ends.
So say the turbo coupled with your engine is designed to run to 5500rpm with full boost starting at 2500rpm. A restrictive intake would see a drop in boost at 5000rpm rather at 5500rpm. Hope this helps.

I just want to knoe will there be any greater restriction by having it oval rather than round. The area of the oval pipe is eqivilent to a 70mm diameter pipe, which is still bigger than STD.

Oval pipe does flow less than a round pipe. But going from oval to round would see an increase of flow at that point.

Untill you bend the pipe then Oval outflows round and square outflows both of them.
