Not necessarily going for huge power, I primarily want reliable power. I'm building the car for autocross and track use and I want it to be able to take the abuse. I'd rather spend a bit now and not have to tear the engine open every few months.

No build thread at the moment, for now it would just be a parts collecting thread, there has been a big hold up on the pistons I want and its holding up a lot of my other parts I ordered at the same time.

The rods do look a lot like the conrods.co.za ones, but I've recently noticed more people on the web using the spool rods and for pretty much the same price I felt better buying from a place with a decent reputation. The bolts supplied with the rods are genuine ARP 2000 bolts, still in ARP packaging as well, ans the rods all have serial numbers and a matching sheet of paper with their end wieghts recorded on the sheet. In my case 3 identical and one rod a gram's difference end to end. They came decently packaged as well, wrapped in oiled paper and each in an individual ziplock bag with a bit more oil to prevent corrosion.

Once the engine is up and running will be the true test of them, but so far I'm happy.

Oh yeah, I can't even see Rezlo's forum without having to log in, and I can't be bothered to register for yet another forum just to look at it, to be honest.
