Spacers

Have a friend who makes these spacers... any hole pattern and up to 40mm thick... bolt onto your hub and wheel bolts to spacer... eibach charge R2500 for 2.. He says R2000 for the 4.. made from aluminium....

4 stud to 5 stud is possible... an existing would need to be used though therefore that stud would come from stub axle but be the original length plus new spacer length

are you guys serious bout paying this amount for spacers not a f@#@ can be made so much cheaper i just did a design where i got multi pcd 4/100 and 4 /114.3 plus the 114.3/4 to mount to the disk and i can fit any pcd on them

then make them... just letting you know.. typical of people on this site to always have a better option... next we will hear.. bulk buy or something... PM me if you wnat the guys details.. high grade aluminium, the real thing

i will make them and i wont do bulk
you say its high grade alu is it 7075 which is aircraft alu if not then i would never use it rather use en9 which is a 40ton steel

if you have a product to sell, make your own thread, instead of causing sh.t on this one? having had a set engineered for myself at some stage, i know this is a good price.

i dunno - this seems to be bashing.
but yeah, i was scared to make mine out of ali, so i had it made from steel. kak heavy though!

Why go with 7075 aluminium? There is a lot of material on a spacer like that and they are mostly in compression as well, I doubt the stresses would be anywhere near the yield of any semi-decent grade of aluminium.
