Hi guys and girls
I came across this on Ebay and for the little that I know , it looks pretty good. I don't have the Tom to throw around now , but thought that maybe one of you would be interested. I still need FMIC , Walbro pump , bigger injectors ,etc , etc , before I can think of another turbo !

Be careful with these. That price tells me it probably a cheap Chinese rip off. A real Garrett GT28RS cost around R10K - R12K

There are so many bargains out there , how are we supposed to know what is legit or not ?
Surely things don't allways have to be expensive to be good !

if you go to this site: frsport.com you will get a idea how much the real stuff cost then you will know if its sh..t or not, thats what i do.

that is WITHOUT a doubt a chinese knockoff.. dont even consider thinking about maybe considering buying it!!!
the dead give-away is the fact that it is nissan style housings, but nowhere is the word garret cast anywhere. the problem with these turbo's is that they look exactly the same as genuine garrett's , but are made from far inferior materials, causing them to fail often within a 1000km's.. be warned!!
the other dead give-away of course is that it is sold by ssautochrome..
