So the RE-Build can start tomorrow.

What boost can you safely go with std rb25 injectors?
depends on the turbo but not very high. 0.8 max i think. the injectors are only 370cc

I do have a set of 650cc Bosch injectors, but I do not have a fuel rail for it yet.......

Just returned......went to go pick up the clutch, but surprise, surprise its
not ready yet. So another day down the drain.

We have so far replaced all nuts, studs and bolts with brand new ones.
Coils are fitted, intake has been fitted, exhaust manifold is fitted,
powersteering pump is fitted, engin mounts fitted. Slave cylinder fitted to
g/box, G/box mounts and adaptors fitted, we only need the clutch to
Put the motor in the car.

Maybe I'll have better luck tomorrow???? :?

Just said this morning, that I am sure we have all had the

My Tuner , become My friend
My friend then become my enemy

Just because of promises made and not kept......... Or prices changing......
Are there any tuners out there that gives a Written qoute number1 and number 2 does not find 1000 extra's that they haven't qouted
for and then want to tell you its unforseen costs.

But there is one good thing that comes from bad service..........

I AM BECOMING A BETTER MECHANIC MYSELF.......

We are the lucky ones !!!! We all own 200SX's

200SX - the car you only drive in your dreams.

Back to the build, the clutch at least fits, should have everything in and
going by end of next week........

Current set-up Std RB25 with a T3/T4 turbo, and a custom intake, looking
at running it @ 0.6 - 0.8bar for now with the standard injectors. Will later
upgrade to the 650cc injectors, bigger fuel pump and HKS fuelrail with
the idea to up the boost to 1.1 to 1.2bar.

......... where has my piggy bank gone (RIP)- Flippen SWINE FLU !!

here you go some pics of the RB lump - waterboy
