Castrol Extreme Motorshow - 12 Jun to 16 Jun 2009

We have received an invitation from MaxMyRide to display exactly 4 cars at the Castrol Extreme Show. We have plenty of time to prepare for this event. I desperately need volunteers to step up to display their cars, and I need that by Sunday! If I don't get 4 show-worthy cars by Sunday (with pictures of your car), I will pass (as I did with GMS). Here is the invite:
We have been asked by the organisers of the Castrol Extreme Auto Show to source some of the country’s top car clubs, and to have them display their hot rides at the Castrol Extreme Auto Show 2009.
The details for the Car Club section for the Castrol Extreme Auto Show 2009 are as follows:
Show dates: 13 – 16 June 2009 Location: The Dome
What we require of your club:
1. 4 of the hottest and best cars from your club
2. All show cars have to be in the dome on Friday the 12th of June, and may only be taken out of the premises after the show on Tuesday the 16th of June.
3. All stands will be indoors, and will be situated on the upper area (Mezzanine level) of the dome.
4. No cars will be allowed to leave the premises during the show days. This is a matter of security to the organisers of the event.
5. Car club members involved in the show (members whose cars are on display) will gain free access for all of the show days.
6. Clubs are allowed to put up banners or other promotional branded goods such as gazebos. Please note that these articles must look professional and “smart”.
7. A trophy will be awarded to the car club with the best stand.
8. Please could you send pictures of the cars you have in mind to
ryan@maxmyride.co.za.
9. The deadline for submissions – no later than Monday afternoon (30/03/2009).
This is a great opportunity to promote your club to tens of thousands of motor enthusiasts.
Please could you get back to me as soon as possible? Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any queries.
Please can I have some volunteers? If you know of some feature cars, please call or PM the owner and ask them politely to please volunteer their car for the show.

Pity its in Jo-burg i would be in a flash,I think the problem would be for the guys who need there cars for transport

well my car is available,its now sitting low and on 18's,next up is a sweet interior.Plus ill sponcer the banner.That green car you mentioned,the owner isnt really into the club seen,been hounding him for a while,and i gave up...And i never give up but it was pointless

looks good though!
hehe.. yes it was blue, now bmw M3 phoenix yellow..
anyways, only volunteering if no better cars can be found, if there is more bling bling avaidible, the space is theirs..
