We would like to invite you to the Nedbank Gauteng Motorshow at Kyalami to come represent your club at the show on 1 of the show days.
Show dates is the 25, 26 & 27 of April 2009
Show Times: 08:00 till 17:00
The Club will have to be at the main gate in convoy before 08:30
A Nedbank Gauteng Motorshow Official will escort the Club into the show and onto a display area where the club would be able to promote themselves, show off their cars and enjoy the show for the day. The show line-up for this year’s event will guarantee to keep you entertained. For more info regarding the Nedbank Gauteng Motorshow please visit

Costs: R60-00 per Adult
R40-00 per Child
Kids under 6 years old free
The Display area will be at no charge.
We will only allow a certain amount of Car Clubs and cars into the show so please respond a.s.a.p. to secure a display area for your club. In your response please mention the amount of cars that will attend and The Club’s name.
After your reply we will setup a meeting with the person(s) responsible for the club to sort out the necessary paper work required complete the booking
Any volunteers for show cars? As I said, please keep negative comments to yourself. I want volunteers and nominations only!

I think you should display your car anyway caus its not your average S13 and its in good nick as well.

Cool no worries,ill make sure the 18's are on plus syspension and the dress up kit i have planned for the engine bay,and ill try do the interior before then.Ill also put together a plack with all thats been done to her.Dont think ill make the 7th aswell.My car isnt ready yet.....

Hi guys have we decided what day and what time yet?I vote for sat.What do you think?Also toby i think we should try and get a sponcer for a gazibo and a nice 200sx club poster in vinal so the rain wont bugger us around,maybe some caps and pens to hand out to people?let me know what you think.Ill see what i can organise from my side,also who is all showing their cars?

smoothedgp - thanks, that would help a lot. I think we have to display on all 3 days, not just one day. It looks like we'll have 2, maybe 3 cars on display at a push (much like last year). So I'll go with that. Mike's car drew a lot of attention and won some awards, so it would be good to have that on display again. 300sx, your car would also be awesome to display, thanks for offering. I'll have to get back to them soon (I hope it's not too late already).

o.k lets put up a post for a gazibo etc...my car will be ready with new interior,18's and drop syspension.

I've spoken to the organisers and we're on for the show. I've told them that there will be 3 cars on display. So far I have 300sx's car and Smoothedgp's car. Can we please have an S14? Capetown drifter maybe? If anyone else wants to volunteer, please do so (don't wait for nominations). Maybe even one of the Rock's drifters? Charl?
We will need a Gazebo for our stand. Does anyone have a nice gazebo that they are willing to sponsor for the event? We will have to leave it there for the 3 days (we will cable-tie it securely if we can). If someone could sponsor this, it would be a big help!
Smoothedgp - please let me know if can help with the vinyl poster. Caps will be too expensive
Pens are naf. I would like glossy brochure-style pamphlets too if we can organise. Hotstuff has all the graphics and design.
I'm meeting with the GMS organisers on Friday 6th March 2009 at 9am at the Kyalami Race Track. If anyone else would like to come along, please let me know.
