OK so who knows what plugs to use on a SR (stock)
tubular manifold with T3/T4 and 0.8bar on the boostometer...
I've been goooooooooogling this and have about 10 different answers...
can anyone help since nissan list 2 and one is R30 the other is R140...
obviously the one is for n/a and the other turbo... does not match what is in the car tho... (BCP7R or something) Have tried cleaning these, is better but my car is still misfiring...
should I go with Iridiums or not (R200 each for Greddy ones from Importparts) ??? my current ones are black but dunno how long hey have been in there either...
Please help...

I did not have a SR but I am pretty sure the best plug would be a BCPR7ES, because you boost a bit more and have a bigger turbo I'd say stick to the plug mentioned, the BCPR6ES is the stock "warmer" plug.
As for errideums, great plugs but you will be wasting your money....
As for the 1000000000000000000000 different answers on google....welcome to the world of 100000000000000000000000 experts and none of them have the same answer....wich is why listening to all the "experts" is not always the right thing, you need to test it yourself and your experience will give you the right answer.

OK fitted a set of BCPR7ES plugs. car feels and runs a lil smoother. only problem is it did not fix the misfire. definately feels and sounds like water in some electrics. I checked the CAS and it seems fine, clean and dry but car misfires especially on boost. when it does not misfire it runs smooth.
I am honestly a lil out of ideas/answers. I also checked the coils/plug connectors. also no water or anything obvious. I really want the car running nicely again since I have quite a few things planned and work I wanted to do.
Hope someone maybe has some kinda idea...

it is really starting to sound like "spattering" that you are experiensing on excelleration.....that normally is fuel pressure related....
Try this for now....set your spark plug gap to 0.6 mm and see what happens, if it becomes better, you have to adress fuel pressure....

i also think fueling, but what i think and know are to different things

new plugs and gapped at 0.65 now... was gapped at 0.8.
Still no luck... am considering buying 1 coilpack and swapping it with the ones in the motor till I find the broken one... if that is the problem tho...
Jerry @ importparts suggested putting it on the dyno and analiser to see what is wrong but that is another R550... still better than R1200 for the coilpack which might not even be the problem... but then if it is that's R1750...

i remember someone selling 4 coil packs at R600 somewhere on the forum
what fuel pump are you running?

not sure... stock maybe... will haveto check...
also does anyone know where to find an adjustable fuel pressure regulator that fits on the standard rail??? preferably with a guage... this will make life a lil easier as well...

OK so I found the misfire problem (hopefully).
One of the coilpacks dont fire right. the others all fire when held close to earth spot except for one which only fires when you take off the insulator rubber and hold lil spring close to earth. even then it is very weak. so I'll be ordering a new coil from Nissan.
