Turbo

hi guys

my turbo is really giving up now and im seeking advice on the best route to go from here without dropping in a SR20DET

im plannning to keep the car as standard as possible

what should i get and where
if anyone can give me ball park pricing figures it would be appreciated

Just go T28

hardish to find but worth it. Normally goes for about R3k. (geusstimation)

Alfy is running a stock T28 and the car moves!

think that'll be for a refurbished garret...

i was at volkspares this last weekend and they have new t28's and other cool things but think the guy told me 4K for a new one.. only problem is that they are in jet park JHB. jus my 2 cents worth.

great turbo just a bit laggy on a CA

The Garrett T28s' retail for R8900 incl VAT (new) and the 'Mr Turbo' turbo is R3500.

If you were going Garrett, might as well go all out and get the GT28, but the price tag might look like the barcode :lol:
