Hi everyone, looking for a good place to have boost pipes made up for the new location of my FMIC.
Preferrebly someone in the Joburg area.
Also I am keeping my boost pipe before FMIC between 50mm - 75mm and after the FMIC between 70 and 75mm.

Did you try Jrs Exhausts on Ontdekkers, they should help, they have the equipment for 76mm madrel bends.

Hi, I was qt JR exhaust on saturday and he quoted me R900 to make up and fit in any size in stainless and another R300 or so to polish the pipes. He did say that I would have to clear the route ie. relocate the battery and cut all the holes, fit the FMIC, basically all he will do is cut, bend and polish and fit the pipes. Make sure that you are happy that there is no debris, filings etc in the pipes before you start up.

Yip... Just don't expect anything fantastic...
Connect the filter directly on TB. Its like running the car without boost...
AFAIK - nothing wrong with this.

I will let you know on Monday. I have done this previously without effort though... boost pipe came loose and I did not have the 200sx survival kit in the car - screwdriver...

Yea, I had a boost pipe blow off as well, Didnt run efficiently though.
I thought I blow the turbo, but the pipe just came off.
Also make sure you clean the pipes.

Sorry...forgot to post about this...
The car started on the first turn and it was possible to adjust fueling etc...car running very smoothly
I will be taking it for the boost pipes shortly.. and driving it there without the boost pipes ... 0 boost.
