OK so questionS...
has anyone tried the SR top mount manifold from Japan auto?
How good are these?
Are they worth the R2500 they want for them?
It is stainless stell and has a exit for external wastegate and turns the turbo intake a lil away from the dipstick (currently mine is a lil in the way since the T3/T4 is a lil big

)

You can pick those up on ebay for about R1100 + shipping. But shop around as some are better quality than others.

I have brought a couple of items in via fedex from the states and can tell you that you would probibly be looking at +-$100 to $150 for shipping - at the current exchange you might be better of just taking the one available locally
got a quote last week on a set of wheels = $620 and i'm sure that weighs at least as much as one wheel - do the math

Hey RB25sx.
Its been awhile since your last post . Is the topmount still fine ? IS it on a sr or RB ?
Would love to know . Not many who have gone that route .

I have one on SR20 and on RB25. Havnt had any problems , but if they crack it will show in time. I did modify the RB25 manifold to change the angle of the flange, since the turbo touched the tappet cover, also welded a brace piece from ext wastegate flange to manifold to stop the pipe from carying all the weight of the ext wastegate.
