Hi guys, I just replaced that std black pipe coming from the turbo that has that bracket with 2 holes in with a custom cut pipe with a hks lool alike sequential dump valve on it and ran a pipe to the intake just after the butterfly, but now the cars not idling. With that pipe to the intake blocked on the intake side the car idles but then the dump valve doesnt work.
any ideas.

Adjust the dumpvalve for higher pressure , the vacuum from the plenum is sucking it open now all the time. Its like trying to start a sx without boostpipes.

what he said the vacuum if keeping the bov open and giving making it to run more richer (stand to be corrected) its best to get a excel super sequential dump valve from auto style for R695

If I get this excel super sequential, it will not effect the air/fuel mixture cos I didnt fit a BOV for the same reasons....but I always wanted one

its not best to get the supersequential...
thats just another bov to go with the hundreds already out there. set it up OK and you will only notice slight overfueling when changing gears!
recirculate it to make the engine behave normally!

Its best to get a supersequential if you want the sound of a BOV and are running MAF, they are one of the only positive seal BOV's on the market, they do not leak nearly as much as the other hill-billy brands thus giving you better de-accel anti stall, set right the only time anything with change from stock if for a split second between gear changes,,, this does absolutely no harm what so ever.

Looks like i have a problem with my air slide valve, cause my cars struggles to hold a steady idle. So i took off the bov. Anybody got a new air slide valve for me.

Hi guys, while we're on the subject of BOV, just wanted to know if any one has tried running an atmospheric BOV as well as a re-circulation valve. Go Fast Bits has a BOV that does both, but its about R7000. its an adjustable BOV that you tune from the cockpit.

Spending that much on a BOV is stupid,
Spend R2000 on a genuine greddy RS and youll never have a problem with idle.
