Most guys running ca18det motors use the de exhaust cam for an inlet cam because it has more lift so would this work for n ca18de motor aswell and how much power can you gain from such a conversion.does this make more sense?

lol - i am!!!
when i had a ca18det i installed the ca18de cam on my engine and it made a lekka difference.
only thing is i seem to recall that it was the intake cam on the intake side.
i dont think you put the exhaust cam on the intake side, but that was a long time ago... and i've been drinking... so i may be totally wrong!!!
