Best way to remove engine??

Hi guys,
Well my engine died on sunday evening, (do 200sx engines do anything else?) its either blown a water pipe, welsh plug, or possibly head gasket, somewhere under the intake manifold.
Anyway what I'd like to know is what is the easiest way to remove the engine?
Engine and gearbox all in one?
Just the engine?
Remove head, then pull the block?
How easy are the bellhousing bolts to get to while the engine is in the car? Ideally I'd like to just remove the engine but I'm a bit worried these bolts could give me hassles to get to.
Thanks in advance.

I think rip the motor and box at the same time...

sounds random - you sure it didn't just run out of petrol? R20 doesn't get you as far as it used to, ya'know?
maybe its the aircon?

before you do that, there are some bolts to unfasten

ja engine with the box, takes me and a mate easily under an hour that way.
Wish putting it back in was as easy

i've been through both ways a number of times...
my suggestion is engine and gearbox.
also - my sr20det is for sale!

and i wouldn't mind visiting one of my old hometowns again!!!

I don't think running out of petrol would make water pour out of somewhere under the intake manifold when you fill up the radiator.

That doesnt mean the engine is blown...

Not by itself, but in combination with the oil pressure warning light and a rapid knocking sound...
