and its 114.3 i think - no use going with 114.5 - you wont find any wheels that fit!

Dont know why you want a template when you will be drilling it n a milling machine with a dividing head??
I drew it but CAD wont let me plot to file in 1:1, sorry bud.

I wont be doing it myself, just want the template and give it to my uncle. Let him sort out the rest.

But you said he has a milling machine with a dividing head so then you set the head of the milling machine to drill 5 holes on a 114.3 diameter, simple.

Yes gary, I know. I would just like a template too. Its for my own use. Doesnt matter what Im gonna use. If his machine isnt available I need to make another plan or he would need a template then to do it on another machine.
Thats is what he asked me for and that is what I need to give him. He doesnt charge me for it. so I dont wanna screw him around. Wanna take it all to him at once to finish he same day. So he wouldnt know if the machine will be available.
See my point?

Do you want a template as in a paper template to print out or a template to get laser cut, bolt onto your hub and have pilot holes for drilling?

I've got a template in .pdf format for you, I don't think you can attach files on this forum, so pm me your email address or somewhere that I can send it to you.
A word of warning though, even though the .pdf is 1:1 scale on an A4 sheet, your printer may not print exactly 1:1
I have included a number of dimensions on the template for you to reference though. PLEASE CHECK the drawn dimensions match the actual ldimensions of the printed lines, or else the template isn't worth the paper its printed on.
