SR20DET redtop motor, with brand new S14 T28, and some other fancy bits.
Gearbox.
all three are newly rebuilt with almost 5km's on the clock.

BOOBIES!!!
so the SR20det is running again.
a rocker arm had jumped off. i opened the tappet, found the problem, fixed it and redid the compression and leak-down tests.
all is well again.
in fact - its one of the quietest and smoothest SR20's i've ever come across.
and its back up for sale.
i'll let it go for 16k now, including the brand new T28, and intercooler.

no-one seems to be interested in the car either, even though there are a few guys saying they want sx's, they dont seem to actually want to buy them!
so ya - i was just bumping this thread to raise interest again!

Problem is they want stock or very close to stock sx's so they can do the mods themself.
You have a beast of a sx with a beast of a motor and a beasterly modded.
And I think the price scares them...even tho they don't really know that it is very cheap for what you get and all the work that went into it.

Exactly. There is a lot of man hours put into your car and motor. I mean the motor alone was an insane amount of time. and then all the small but needed mods to the car itself. If you buy a stock SX and mod it yourself you won't come to a total of R65k it will be more like R80k+ with all the parts VC put into his car.
Those mags are still hawt! and the motor and and and!!
man R65k is nothing!! its a drop in the ocean for a car like that...
ok just my 1400Yen....
