So there seems to be a good event at the rock, anybody from Gauteng going? Perhaps its time for a good old club event for this one?

Im so pissed off that I wont be going! Faheem invited me with his whole crew! But I have to work! And my car still needs to be run in!

Heard there is a R60 000 1st prize for the night! That is what drifitng needs to get off the ground! Big ass sponsors like that! Guys will pay extra attention to their cars and go all out!

Those of you attending! I envy you all!

I've posted this under the events section about a month ago and there was almost no interest at all... I proposed a meetup at Bedford square, but lotsa okes had their own stuff to sort out.

I've been in contact with the organisers of the event and they've offered to give us free entry for 2 passengers per car and also dedicated parking, same as last time.

I've gone on the very poor response of when I originally posted the thread and told them that we will not be attending as a club.

Quite sad as it's a national event, that will be covered by Speed and Sound Magazine and also Mzanzi Rides...

What can I say...????, I've tried to organise another event for you okes, but unfortunately the response was just too poor to follow up on.

I was at the practice last night
Cape town crew was there checking the track out. ( Nice bunch )
Walls are the big fear factor though.

Please come support the SX drivers. It should be a big event.

I agree, maybe its bad timing for most of you peeps, but I'd expect the guys to be a bit more excited.

This is also the opportunity to get the brand out there, unless we a secret organisation like the illuminati????

Without going into much detail and politics and stuff... I've done all that I could to arrange get togethers and sorts, but the interest just aint there.

I fully agree with you Stephen, we chatted about that at the track...
