Update on the sx ,GT30 has a bad crack in the exh housing ,this seems like a major fail
So new PTE 5857 has been bought

ouch, but you shouldnt have gotten such a small turbo in the 1st place
hope the new one is a little bigger

I am not very happy
I paid R12K 2 years ago for this turbo
,the worst part is i have never pushed the car with this turbo fitted .NO trackdays ,1 x drag session. and not much milage as the car was in the shop 3/4 of the time
during the build.
Oh well things happen for a reason so the PTE 5857 550HP turbo will have to do
,I have gone with the Precition is for Reputation and the VERY GOOD price(thanks OBS) ,I am selling the car so i cant afford to spend more then i need to as its a straight loss

,but im not allowed to keep the car ,Managements oders
. Either the evo or the sx must go and its not going to be the evo

Ahhhhhhh oky, that makes it difficult, and then sad to say it, but I would keep the Evo as well!

UPDATE: the S14 is back on the road and running like a dream
low boost 1 bar ,high boost 1.4 bar
motor has cometic hg,arp's and some aftermarket pistons so we can boost higher but i dont think its needed ,at 1.4 bar the car pulls like a train
ALL the electrical gremlins are sorted now so all is 100% back to my fussy standards
Car is still for sale as i need the money for a new business venture and to do some work on the Evo

hopefully a few guys can pitch to support Wynand in his BMW ,its redy and will be racing
