Hey guys.
Looking for a SR20DET... the whole package... engine, gearbox, ecu, wiring harness... ect ect...
Motor should still be running
Please help. Will be able to spend about R15k+-

Doesnt the import engine places they go for about 12 k with gearbox the last time i was considering this rb is like 7-8k u dont even need gearbox bell housing just needs to be modified and the 18det will work.

mmm... but 80% of the time you buy a import its got to get rebuilt... plus then you still need a management system...
But I'll look into it thanx... think I should go to SA Autoparts... they have a few SR on th floor...

jip... plus the trouble if it gets here and everything in the motor is screwed...

how about the trouble of registering the car with an engine that hasnt been brought through the right channels!!!
you would have better value for money if you just went to the docks and bought an s13 sr20det and trailered it home. cos then you would have all the bodyparts and spares you could ask for and an sr20det with everything you need to make it run.
use it, dont use it!

well If i can get it for R15k then I'll do it. but there is no way I'll be that lucky
