Needs advice

Hi there,
Bought a 200sx S13 in Joburg and I'm living in Cape Town.Can someone tell me where I can go to get it tuned?The car has dustek chip and water/meth injection,been to Steve's Auto Clinic and they can't do it.Anyone?

He could not get methanol for the water/meth so they decided to disconnect the water/meth and pull back the timing......it did not work, it seems the timing was still too high, car detonated but he did not reallise so piston 1 burnt.....had to redo the engine or that one piston....can't remember.....
But now it's sorted and HE WANTS TO GET IT TUNED properly before murphy steps in again.....

jip,I'm the guy that stole Draco's ride.(SorrY!)The motor is just redone and yes,I did burn one piston,but replaced all.Decided while its open,get it open and done with.And I'm sorted with the meth,bought a 25litre can.

Hi Guys,Just joined last night,Have S14,S13,300ZX.Needing the number for FSR Performance(not in book).Going to be doing up my S14 (engine,body and interior).Will post picks of my rides soon

Sorry I am just being curious here but did the car break a ring landing, pit the edges of the piston or start melting\burning the edges
Also what piston? Number 3 ?

He burnt piston 1....the car detonated and burnt the piston, it was setup with the water/meth, then no water/meth.......well the rest is history

That is why I dont rely on w/m, for these very reasons. Rather stick with a safe tune and give up 5kw rather than burning the motor.
