What do you think of these rims?

Hey guys,
I think its time for some 17's for my sx. I've been having trouble finding anything that I like but then I came across these:
They look rather ordinary but what I want to do is make them look like this:
I think that would look pretty good, what do you guys think? And now the important question. If I get these rims how can I go about getting them to look like that? Powdercote them or just get them painted? What will be the best option?

Yeah I like them aswell. Too bad they don't make them like that. I edited that image to get it to look like that.

Well you'll just have to take it to a good custom mag shop. They'll be able to do the paint like that...

Yeah thats looking like my best bet. Will they be able to match up the color so look exactly how I have them in that pic? I don't wanna get these rims and they end up looking bad once they are painted.

Soz mate I'm not to fond of a black rim on a dark blue car.
See if u can do it in brown or gold?
