Time to replace the windscreen on the sx, anyone know what a windscreen costs these days and who best to go to?

Found a place that sell a tinted front screen for R900 fitted, not too bad.

is it shatterprufe though?

Got the screen fitted inclusive of vat for R1000. Its a locally manufactured screen with a SABS mark on it, tinted at the top and fitted perfectly. It is shatterproof as it is law that all screens sold in SA must be shatterproof. Took about an hour to fit, most of the time take to remove the old one. They are on the east rand near east rand shopping mall called BSG glass, 011 9187960.

did they say for what car the screen was really made for?

Hey Hotstuff, I should have done that, but anyway at least we have a supplier at a good price. I will add it to Vlades parts list.
