Thats kinda normal bud.

I just got 440km on a tank. And I drove like a granny...

Get a VEMS, that gets your car up to about 13km/L

Yeah I drive like a granny all the time and get 440Km/tank.

If your car is stockish you should be able to get 10km/l or so.

Dont have a clue. it just does.

A buddy of mine has got that on his sx and he gets that.

With my standard exhaust I used to get 10km/L with the new one I just get 440km/tank

Clean your air filter, clean your AFM, put new plugs in, check your oil, check your turbo, check your injectors, check your timing, check your boost pipes!

Pretty much check everything.

(is there any stutter or fuel cut when you boot it? does is backfire a lot?)

Ha ha!

Well then the only thing would be to put it on the duno and check the A/F ratios. Then you would have a more clear idea of what it is!

Go to Faheem at Dynotech. He will sort you out. I want to go there asap(meaning next week monday) so he can tune my car.

Hanco, VEMS is a wideband lambda meter. It is impossible to make you get 13km/l. It doesnt alter the ECU in any way.

Damn Gary dont kill me! I just said what I saw. And he is running that and a tuner whos name I wont say on the forum tuned it for him and he gets 13km/L.

If you dont believe me ask himself. You can PM me for details!

VEMS = Versatile Engine Management Systems

I didnt take your head by any means. I have a wideband meter, much like the VEMS and it doesnt make you get 13km/l. I have spent the last year trying to get a better fuel consuption and the best I can get is 9km/l.
