hey I'm living in port elizabeth busy with a little project S13 with 7mgte motor , Garret T3/T5 turbo, Arias pistons, O ringed, Audi Quatro waste gate, etc - motor was featured in Speed and Sound a while ago while it was fitted to a lotus S1 of Piet Koleske, Ran a 10sec qutermile.

Body wise fitting the kit as mentioned, full roll cage, interior filly stripped down. At this moment in pieces and primer. As for the pics, I work at a Financial institution and Photobucket etc is disabled/blocked on our internet access.

So posting pics at the moment a bit difficult but will do ASAP.

sounds like a track beast!

getting rid of all that heavy sound deadening?

spray the interior once stripped - always looks great! and the engine bay while you're at it!

cant wait to see pics!

Hey Veecee

Motor was fitted first, then everything was stripped again.

When I say stripped I mean stripped, the body was stripped and send for sand blasting, EVERYTHING is gone bye bye.... After that the roll cage was fitted, (with a few pointers from JAP SPEC). At this moment trail fitted doors, fenders, bonnet, and body kit. Busy priming that, and as soon as thats done , is going for a total respray!! That should be done by the end of the month.

ANY IDEAS on an Awsome colour guys?

At this stage going for white with a black roof and bonnet, and then a little blue pearl mixed with clear on top of all that.

there are very few blue sx's around. they always look hot!

and toyota has a wicked red, i think its called autumn something! its a dark metallic red, that changes tone slightly in the right light!

black looks vicious, but without some nice graphics/vinyl, it looks a bit plain!

That's flippen awsome, I am just a bit scared, cause a friend told me its a real bastard to keep neat and tidy. Scuff marks etc.

I went to the Glaserut(think that's how you spell it) agent today, and I'm leaning towards a Sunset/ burnt orange with gold pearl alla Focus ST, and a gunmetal bonet and roof.

Would loved to do the Matt thing, has anyone out there got more info on it? Pro's & Con's etc

i guess its all about what you want!

personally i used to the think the focus orange was wicked, now i think its been killed! every second published vehicle is orange!

what about the burnt orange 350z colour though?

not sure about pros and cons on satin black, other than it gets very hot in the sun!
