It does not look like it, you are going to have to mod something for the air intake of the turbo, the one used on our cars has a round pipe on the compressor side and the air intake pipe from the filter just pushes over and then clamped, as for the exhaust housing I can't see but still could work because it is a garret, the flange should be the same, best is take our exhaust housing with and match it.

It will work, if you want to turbo a leaf blower!
.43 AR intake and .35 AR exhaust, I think a 900cc matiz will max this turbo out!

I'm sure if you post in the classified section that you want a turbo you will get a few hits, I know of one or 2 members that have stock T25's lying around, they are just too lazy to advertise for sale.
Chances are those turbo's will need a recon though, anything from R1000 - R3000 at turbo exchange depending on how much needs to be done. Dont let them sell a turbo that needs a recon to you for more than R500 - 750.
Also, it might be viable to look for an upgrade, a T28 or GT28

they fit without hassles, anything else like a T3/T4 requires cutting and welding etc etc.

thanks for the advice
when u say a t28 will fit without hassels does it mean i can take the T25 off and fit the T28 just like that
can i do this myself as a novice ?

you will have a problem with the intake if you fit a t28, but its no big deal really.
you will need an intake pipe to be fabricated or bought that will bolt onto the turbo intake.
the rest of the stuff will fit right on!

In the reagon of R9000, that is a ball bearing turbo, don't know the price of a normal one.

You can get a GT28RS for +-R9500 shipped from
here
Thats the turbo that I really want. Just not sure I can justify spending 9K on a turbo.

damn! ja I can't justify that either... I mean you can almost get a SR motor and gearbox for that!!
And what about the stock S14 piece??
