As far as I know thats "horribly" under spec.
Thats a T2.5
Stock you have a T25
Basically the price says it all, you get what you pay for, even if it was 100% correct and compatible, I STILL wouldnt go for one.

It is right actually.
The major difference comes in is that the Nissan has a thinner shaft.
I have also read, that Autostyle try and stock items, that must have a good standard, according to Speed n Sound.
Check with them what the guarantees are?

Easiest way to find out, if the turbo is right, check the size of compressor wheel & exhaust wheel.
I can't remember the sizes, but does anybody else have them?

Used
http://www.turboexchange.co.za/ before. Very happy with the service and the complete rebuild to new spec of my standard T28. Paid R3800 if I remember correctly. Boston Jap-Tech also sold the same T2.5 /T25 or simular for very little money, brand new.

rule number one when buying from autostyle...
make 150% sure that you are buying GENUINE stuff... They have t3/t4s (which are the kakest turbos ever) on their site for like 2950.. i MEAN WTF!!! turns out it's the world (in)famous SSautochrome/XSpower turbos that aren't worth sh1t.
As someone else said - you get what you pay for.

That doesnt look like a genuine Garret to me and its way to small the CA18s have a T25 not a T15 which is what they are selling.
HAve you ever tried buying a sender unit for the gauges they sell? I did noone in this country had stock of those sender units and I bet you they still dont.
Lemme tell you a thing that happenned to me at the Autostyle stand at N vs S yesterday. They have one of their half Nos kits on display for R2500 odd some youngster walks up and asks if its easy to fit.
The answer "yes if you have a drill" No mention of the missing fogger jets and fogger pipes.
So I pipe up and say the kit looks incomplete the answer" We sell the foggers and jets as well"
I guarantee you that would only have been mentioned either after money changed hands or the guy tried to fit it.

Why wast your time? Get yourself a Disco Potato and give Dislex a hiding
Man, I wish I had R50k to spend on a motor
