Next Event... before winter arrives!!!

We need to have an event very soon before the icy cold winters get us in an "Indoors Only" mood over weekends...
The Membership Cards are nearly done, so we need to arrange an event that we could get together and also for members to collect these cards.
The ideal event to do this would be at the Gauteng Car Show to be held at Kyalami at the end of this month. The reality of the matter is that lots guys are going away over that long weekend and that its a bit far off. We need to do something soon.
Suggestions, comments and proposals please?????
