What makes the CA20 different from the CA18?? Surely it cant just be bored that big.
Why not make a CA20 rather than a SR20??

I heard its just the crank and rods...
But yeah... Not allot of them around, and the motor is not a square design no more where your bore and stroke is the same as with the CA18

Yes but would gain in torque with the added stroke.

				and lose revability!

What makes the CA20 crank weak VC? CA18 is 4CW too.
Then again, CA was built for boost right.
What about a KA24 crank? Can that fit in a CA?
Saw a guy doing a RB20DET in his s14. He was going ape over the way it revved so I'm guessing it's oveer-square. Also, he kept hinting that his mate in a RB25 was his biatch!?

ya the RB20 has tiny little pistons. lighter, smaller, revs quickly!

				RB20 - 2.0 L (1998 cc, bore: 78.0 mm, stroke: 69.7 mm)

Okay lets not jack the thread.
Will a CA18 crank fit a CA20 block? That should give an over-square design with somewhat larger displacement?
I know a CA20 botton end can be done, just a bit of work do make pulley's line up etc.
