Got a clutch done at Gearbox Center, and it is not right dont think it is handling the power (only doing 160Kw) still slipping when boosting in the high revs. Rezlo going to take two weeks to get a clutch and want it done for the 22nd going to durban to meet up with the club.

Bring it to DBN and Ill get you one made.

hmmm what sort of price? Thinking of getting the one from rezlo. Full kit 6puk R4450, but will have to order today to get it in 2 weeks

The guy rebuilds them and charges R1100 for a 3Puk clutch. The nice thing is these are super drivable and dont slip.

is it ok to rebuild them? havent heard good things about that.

It is the same as what Chemcool and Draco are using. I have fitted these to PLENTY cars with no hastles. I will be doing mine soon.

Hmmm taken the car back to gearbox center, they have taken the clutch out and sending it back to get it swopped out i have asked for a refund for it and will get the new one installed by them but waiting for a answer. Will ask them if they still have the orignal one.

What will i need to bring up and can i ask you please to organize it.

Yeah I can organise it for you. My dad does alot of work with them so Ill get him to take it there for you.

I will need the clutch plate and pressure plate. Will take about a week I would say.

Why dont you just take your one out of your car??

Dont know if it will be as good as the orignal one? and they have taken it out and sending it back to there suppliers, paid R2250 for it inc install. Shall i tell them not to but give it to me and i'll bring it up to you?
