Check the part number on the side of the MAF.
If it includes the code "N60 or N62" in it you're in luck.
I bought one from the other side of the pond but it hasnt' arrived yet.

there is a small chance that you might someone breaking up a z32 300zx, but its very unlikely.
they're very rare cars, and finding one at a scrapper or in a junkyard is gonna be your lucky. if you do, make sure you buy a lotto ticket that day too!!!
easiest would be to get one from places like ebay.
but check out some 300zx forums too. there are a few around that are quite good! just google "300zx forum"!

Yeah and also the RB30 skylines as well as the Pathfinder/Nivara MAFs. I believe the one I bought was taken from a J30 and it's the N60 80mm one. They're good for around 350whp.
If you think you're gonna make more power than that then you want the N62 (90mm) one. Bit more pricey.
I checked out the MAF on the Xtrail the other day and that thing is also HUGE! Didn't look at the part number but I'm sure that will also work. You should be able to find that much easier.

Can these maf's be used with the standard ecu with a uniQ attached to it?

yes you will need a chip to retune the engine as say 0.5v on the std MAF and 0.5v on the bigger MAF won't be the same amount of air.
