26th Jan - Meet up at Rock raceway

This is an invitation for anyone interested in meeting up with the guys at the Rock Raceway to discuss the event on 2nd Feb. Let's meet up at East Gate mall Mugg & Bean (as before) at about 12pm, have lunch/snacks, then off to the Rock to meet the guys there at 2pm. The pretoria guys can meet up at the Shell Ultra South on N1 and convoy from there, leaving at 11am.

Just a reminder - would the drift guys please try and attend? The Rock are looking for photos and a short profile on the drifters to add to their brochure/flyer. If you have photos, etc. please bring it along.

i have a party to attend on the afternoon of the 26th.
is it not possible to organise this for earlier in the day???

I'll bring my flash with and maybe that other dude with the slr [hint not a merc] can try to come as well. If not my 7.2mp will do fine.
Still only have 1 roadworthy car so no drifting for me.
If someone needs s14 tires I have 2 sets on stock rims that can be used as is. Just want the wheels back. Think carel is the only other s14 drifting?

I'll maybe just pitch up at the rock, unless we can go from the shell directly to the rock?! malls are scary.

i take it that it cant be earlier then, so i wont make it. does this mean that i cant participate in the event on the 2nd?

Mebbe there should be another day of practising before then.
Earlier can be if we go from the shell directly to the rock..but there's no poll with that option.

It can't happen earlier, sorry. The Rock suggested 2pm or 3pm, and I opted for 2pm. I don't know when the practices will be, that is why we are meeting with them - to work out the practice days, etc. Once we know, we can post them up so the guys that want to practice can still do so.

Yes, I have have to admit that its not fun being a victim of some "affirmative shopping"... these okes that broke into my place took both my camera's, lcd tv, dvd players, dvd's and cd's....
I'm not a happy camper at this stage. Its a typical case of the material goods that can be replaced, but the information (movies and pics) cannot be replaced.
but as you said veecee, "... at least now you can get some new stuff..."

en my motor kan dit ook nie regkry om net vir 'n klein rukkie op die pad te bly nie
