nothing... just top it up with a little more oil than what you are use too... That is all i would say...

Aaah Also pump your tires about 3bar in front and about 3.2bar at the back... otherwise they'll just fold...

Then you can start practicing... :D

A good place to start practising in CT is good ol' Strandfontein Pavilion (aka Pervies)... and please stay away from the illegal races at Westgate Mall, Sack Circle and sorts... By the time you get back from taking leak, your car will be standing on bricks...

Now if u really have balls, u can attempt doing the "circles" at the N1 and N7 intersection... Close to N1 city McDee's

Pav is between Muizenburg and Mitchell's Plain...

I'm ashamed to say that I know quite a few guys that partake in these illegal events. I

f wanna get into the drifting scene contact Evano200sx. He's a mate of mine and will steer you in the right direction... No pun intended. He's based out in the Northern Suburbs... Good luck and be safe!!!!

Have you ever raced the Highway circles at N1 city?

hey dude, i live in the nothern suburbs, allot better than CBD!!! lol.

Drifting i know a guy who drifts at killarney a few times a month, he usually calls me.

No shame in knowing the guys, they are genuine people.

Never been to the N1 city thing, what goes on there???

Here's how it works...

Leave from N1 City MC Dee's, then head along to the direction of Malmesbury on the N7, take the on ramp to the N1 heading to Paarl, then immediately take the off ramp and head back to Goodwood, the immediately take the on ramp and head back to CT, then take the one to Malmesbury again...

Now once you've perfected that at high speed, and scraped your car, go try to do it drift style...

Back in the days when I was young and stupid, I gave my BMW325is and extra set of moulds on the side, which co-incedentally where the same profiles of and armco barrier...

i know some ppl with wide open spaces inside their heads, between their ears... lol

The parking lot at Century City / Canal walk is nice and open. You should go check out the section where the old Dockside nightclub used to be...

If all else fails, Wingfield airbase has sooooooooooooooo much space on their unused landing strips (nothing to do with brazillian waxxing).

Could be an awesome venue for a drifting event as there are toilets and other facilities. Maybe you okes in the Cape can arrange something with some of the other local car clubs to host something there...

I'll be back home in CT at begining of Feb and end of March, I'm sure an event can be arranged by then...

a stock s13 will drift - no problem.

you actually dont have to do anything to it!

the mods just make things better and better, but you really dont need any mods to drift. just quick relfexes and brass ballas!!!

that unused airstrip sounds so friggin awesome, wish there was something like that in JHB!!!

that can be a alternative if killarney isnt avail. But they do drifting practice once or twice a month at killarney.

End of Jan we are gonna have a event. Just busy with final details then I will let you all know.
