Drift Practice - The Rock

Hi guys
The Rock has invited us to go practice from the 27th any time after 15:00
the 28th there will be hot-rods so its out.
Let know which day is convenient then we arrange.... But th 27th looks like a promising day.
Let others know who might not visit the forum during this holiday stage.

Yes, 27th, 29th, 30th. Any day after 3pm. The tar is down! Vlade, myself, ChemCool and Qewrty all took a drive around the oval. Very nice!
It gets better. For those who want to drift, please PM or e-mail me your tire sizes 'cos we have a sponsor for tires. Let me know ASAP. They are even looking at getting a tire changing machine!

No, the sponsor is basically giving away second-hand tires from their fitment shop, as far as I know.

My tire sizes are 16" 225 or 215 55 or 50

Ok I've requested 16" and 17" tires. I assume the width and profile is not that critical.
Does this mean you're gonna drift Silvia, Vlade?

that assumption is the mother of all ...
widths and profiles are extrmely important when it comes to drifting!

yeah but what I guess Tobles is trying to say, we getting free tires... that's a big bonus already...
Lower profiles have less and is obviously the better choice...

was it lekka?
did you see any cops on the way there?
roadblocks and such?
tell us what happened today?
