Freight charges from japan seems cheap though compared to US, just looking at some of the japanese sites I can read... You can ship a whole car for $750 (US). Please find out what the landed cost will be, maybe group buy again. I am always open for viable options. Jap Spec has kits for 10 big ones. If these are landed at 50% that price, why not??? Dr1llergy, you serious, can you get, or shall we attempt group buy??

Oh I see, the bumper only is this much... Dude this will be an expensive exercise. Maybe try and source in SA from JAP spec. You can also search for a full body kit including bumpers, fenders etc. on ebay...yes I know again for 1800 - 2000 usd. That's will work out cheaper.

if you want a kit that lasts, then you need to get a urethane kit.
they are available, a bit more expensive, but worth it in my opinion!

All these fancy synthetic materials is anyone's dream, but once again there is nothing wrong with even a (swear word) material like fibreglass. These other materials provide more flex. I have a fibreglass bodykit on my polo, which has a 60mm drop. Quite a few bumps later, and bumper is still perfect. Just to give you an idea, I can get my sx up driveways where my polo can never go

. I think that its more about taking care of the car, and knowing the boundries

- Shops in SA sell these rims for R 3500,00 to dealers for 18inch 100x 4 114.3 x 4 and they get it from this company in Taiwan so this is my December bonus project... Im interested in the P341 18'' and the P420 18"...
Body kits- you can get one cheapie made locally- built around an SX strandard bumper, the make the mould and then make a high quality one.
Without those waves on it that makes it look so bad!!!!

LOL - my sx is so low that i cant get up most driveways, or most speedbumps, without doing it sideways.
drifting into my narrow driveway scares most of my passengers!!!!
