They only have these track days once every few weeks. I think its going to be more of a braai and scope out session since its the very end of the month in any way.

I'm sure we'll do it a bit more regularly if it turns out to be good. Maybe we should try to make it to at least 1 track day at a venue per month.

We also need to plan a LAN sometime soonish.

On a open day you don't pay to enter, just when you compete on the skidpan or track...normally

This picnic/braai event. Do we need to confirm that we are allowed to settle down with all braai equipment etc on their grounds? Any rules in regard with this? Where or which spot will we do this. I am just thinking that a lot of members under the car park roofs may not be the answer?
Can we get clarity about this? I know outside around the track it would be fine? Where do we do this then?

I'm not sure about this, but on previous occasions, we had a braai next to the skid pan, and a braai under the car ports. I think we just need to find a good spot when we get there and claim it :)
