Hey guys.
so i managed to really damage my SR badly and now i am left with a choice to make.
Do i rebuild my current SR from top to bottom or do i look for a replacement motor?
ultimately i would like to buy a replacement sr for the time being so i can spend time on the SR that i broke. any idees?
is there anyone selling a decent running SR20det vvl motor at the moment and at what price.

If you've got 30-50k lying around, rebuild your motor.

eish dont have that mutch lying around so i guess ill be looking for another motor then

They are very expensive lately, when I was looking for one they were priced round R18k but none of the importers had.

nothing has changed only they are now 25k and the importers still dont have

looks like i need
bearings big end and main
top gasket set
head bolts
oil pump
water pump
rings
for now thats my list, it wil grow with time lol

got some prices from Nissan yes, almost had a heart attack
big ends R1104
mains R1082
top gasket set R3400
head bolts R 650
oil pump R5610
water pump R1048
rings R1603
rocker arms R4804
hydraulic lifters R 10 445 ( what the fuck is up with that?)
