Yes project F it is called. F for focus. Not like focus in Ford.. no,no. Focus like : I like to focus. And I need to focus on this CA18, cause I have never done this before. So I need to focus. Also F for Freddie. At this stage I have to say thank you to a few members. They are Draco, Toby,Vlade,Desertrat and VeeCee. They all aware of this effort of mine in the rebuild coming up. They all assisted already mentally and phisically.
VC for the engine stand. Thanks. By mentioning names, I am looking for trouble, but thank you all sharing this with me.
Now that we have the emotions side of it done, I need to focus.
Ah ha- @ VC, I have lots and lots of piccies!!! :D They will follow soon. I notice my photobucket is in maintenance. Hope to be ready soon.
Stock as it is now, will it be. I will how ever follow Phinx fitting a t28 exhaust housing. Oh yes the pistons are std 1 mm oversized. Why, because Draco has done that.

hey femmecool (hehehe - project F for femmecool!!!) (maybe cos you have gay sx stripes!!!)

aaaaannnnnnyyyyyywwwwwwwwwaaaaaaayyyyyyyy...

speak to n1smo200sx (mike) i saw a very very sexy little turbo lying at his place that will make your sx run nicely. bolts onto standard manifold. used but remanufactured as far as i remember and it was not expensive at all!!!

give him a call - you may find yourself in possession of something quite nice!

I stand to be corrected but that was a ceramic ball bearing turbo right?

I was interested but the AR was very small, remember an RB has two of those

I think .48 or something that is the same as a T25

One can use that core with a T28 then you got a GT28 :D

Here is a starter piccie so long. Vlade is helping me to upload the others.
The engine block on VC's engine stand.Bored 1mm oversized. I painted the block with high heat aliminium, but seems it will not last long. Well ok, as long as it looks cool while I am building it. Wait until you have seen my baby blue painted oil pan
