S14 auto heavy fuel consumption

Hi guys...................hope somebody can help here.
My auto s14's motor died! (BEARINGS). got myself an import motor in head block sump form. All the components ( plenum, cas, turbo+manifold, injectors etc) are from my dead motor. My new motor is a gem of a motor, and only has 1 problem now: its doing 21 liters to the 100k's !!!!!!!!!!!!!
the old motor was a total mess, cams eaten away, sludge and carbon everywhere, and bearings about to die, yet she was giving me 10 liters to the 100k's.
I changed knock sensor as it can lead to high consumption. Still the same.
What could be wrong?
Does anybody here have or know somebody with the equipment that can hook up to my stock ecu and check settings and maybe trace the fault?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
