RB25DET valvestem seals and Idler pulley needed

Hi guys..

I am busy rebuilding my RB25..
I am in need of new valvestem seals
And I need a new idler pulley as mine is seized up..

If anyone can assist or advise..

Thanx guys
Got a kevlar timing belt and a tensioner..just need the idler..
2007 Audi A3 2.0TDI -Daily drive
1992 RB25SX
2011 Kawasaki KX 450 F

Rebuild your idler pulleys for under R200 each.
Do a search here, I posted about this before.

Could you please direct me to the thread about rebuilding the idler as i cannot seem to find it..
Regarding the valvestem seals..ca18 use the exact same seals...just incase the question pops up again..

You press the old bearing out and press a knew one in. Just be sure that the it go's in the same depth as the old one.
