5x114 Nissan Spare Wheel with Tools and Fittings

Hi

I'm looking for a 5x114 spare wheel with tools and all the fittings for my S13. I have done a 5 Stud conversion and fitted 350Z 18's, now I need a spare wheel that will work with the setup. I don't have any of my cars original tools or jack so Id like to get those as well and all the fittings so I can get it looking as neat as possible. A 350Z spare may be a good bet if anyone has one they are getting rid of or another Nissan that comes standard with 18s

Who made your 4x114 to 5x114 adaptors? Also want to do that.

I got Ichiba Conversion Hubs from Rezlo. His service was great and I am really pleased with them so far.

Thanks, looking for specifically for a spare though or possibly a single 350Z anniversary edition wheel to match my current ones.
