go with an Excell, they're good and well priced, ive got one and i know guys running them reliably on high power setups aswell, they range at around R1600 for 38mm

just lookout for fake turbosmart's, there was alot circulating Cape Town, theres an online comparison by turbosmart showing how to spot the fake, so just be careful.
