RX 8 Rotary Renesis Motor non runner

Hi guys
The Apex seals went on my Renesis motor 105 000km and was advised by Mazda to replace the seals. Any rotary expert will know this requires a full rebuild. Something I don't currently have the knowledge and time for.
I have seen apex seals advertised on the RX8 Club forums for cheap.
The motor is still in the car, it turns and starts, the compression and water gets blown into the exhaust.
Alternatively I would like to swop for either a RB25DET or 2JZGTE complete with gearbox. As the Renesis motor includes the Gearbox
Sorry the engine bay is a bit dirty.
