hi guys im looking for the right and left hand brake assembly with or without disks and the brake master cylinder off a 300zx

Why do want someting that is already on your car?
S13 and Z32 hand brakes are the same.

every where in reading up i see they say you must replace in order to do z32 conversion if that is wrong ill be really happy

US spec S13's have the handbrake on the caliper.
SA spec cars have a drum handbrake the same as the Z32.

so its just a matter of putting the caliper on? or do i need a 300zx rear disk?
