Nissan 200SX Club - South Africa

The Datsun Club has invited as many Datsun/Nissan cars to come and join them on Sunday 18 May 2014 at The Piston Ring Club meet.

SX club convoy to leave from Ridgeway Race Bar at Stoneridge Mall at 08H30.

Food and drinks available, Bring your own camping chairs and come and relax and spend some time with fellow petrolheads.

Entrance is R5.00 per person.....yes.....Five Rand

Nate was late but bared coffee for the masses, in true sx club style, we had to meet at 8....ye right:)

Got pulled off twice, once by the cops and once by the metro, luckily no harm done.
When the cops pulled me over, they just pulled over a GTI before me, not sure if it's a 5 or 6, red with tinted windows, looked nice, he waited for me to drive off then slotted in behind me, the cute bastard pushed me....well I obliged....and left him in a puff of dust...like a fairy...I was gone.

Then out of Kempton Park on my way to modderfontein, I stopped at a robot in the left lane, on my right a bm and behind it a kit car almost looking like a cobra, racing stripes and all, I pulled away normally but the bm and the kit car was going to show me something so they started hasty , they were a few cars ahead the bm could not do much so the kit car floored it to drive around the bm to get in front of me...hehehe....then I put foot down, as he wanted to get in front of me, like a fairy I appeared, so I just let off the gas to make sure he saw me before he pushed in to my left lane, I saw he saw me and tucked back behind the bm, then I put foot again storming past them, the next robot caught me, the kit car just went behind me and turned off ignoring me

Was good seeing some familiar faces and some new ones too...

I agree with you widow that it was a bit short notice. I suggest a breakfast run to Zwartkorps on 29th June. It's Supatrax Sunday and we can def meet up with all the other usual Track day guys.

We can all meetup at a central location and then drive in convoy. Driversbriefing is at 09h30, so to meetup and drive from a spot at 08h30 sounds reasonable.

Also it's right after pay day for those okes that have too much month at the end of their salaries. Let's at least do one decent get together this year. We can arrange for a braai or something just outside the pits.
