External 38mm wastegate spring

Hey guys got a tial 38mm external wastgate and seems like it has a 0,6bar spring in it as it cant boost past 0,6bar even if i disconnect the vacume line to the wastegate does not go past 0,6bar any body have a 1,5bar 38mm spring that they would like to sell to please.
