Nissan 200SX Club - South Africa

Hi All,

I just joined the forum because I'm looking to buy my first 200SX and wanted to get some advice.

Attached is some pics, if anybody sees something that might jump out at any of you 200sx fellow fanboys, please let me know before I buy something I regret.

Firstly, be gentle, I know almost nothing about cars in general.

The price is a bit high on this, so I am not buying cash, I'm getting a loan. The asking price is R100k. Pretty high compared to what I have seen advertised, but I dont see many options out there currently to compare and I prefer stock looking cars to anything modified.

The condition looks to be extremely good with some minor damage in certain areas, but all of which has been agreed will be fixed before I buy. Mileage is 116 000km's. Interior is spotless and the engine sounds quiet while driving.

If anyone can offer advice or anything, it will be appreciated.

You would be mad to pay R100k for it.

Is that Toby's old SX?

A neat stock SX should go for R60-R65k, R100k is it is in showroom condition and bone stock.

Hey man! Yeah like I said previously... R100k is mad. R140k you can get a 350z... but look around the forum. There is a few for sale.
