Next Event: Breakfast run to Krugersdorp
Being that the weekend of the 11th of August will be a long one for most people (9th is a holiday), I figured it's a good time for another event. The plan is as follows:

- Meet up at the Shell Ultra City Northbound on the N1 in Midrand at 7am. Yes, I did say 7am! Infact that might even be a little late, but we'll go with it.
- Leave Ultra City at 7:30am and drive along the Krugersdorp highway all the way to Krugersdorp (about 40km drive). The drive along this road on a crisp clear morning in a happily purring SX is something to be enjoyed!
- Stop at the Key West mall in K'dorp and have breakfast at one of the restaurants/coffee bars overlooking the pond.
- Once done, we can go our separate ways and we still have most of the day to enjoy with friends or family.

Let me know who's keen, and whether or not you want to change the date/time. We could do this on the 9th if most people are around then.

yes please lets do it for the 9th and attend tarlton we'll celebrate my birthday at the same time. you guys can have a breakie, but have lunch at tarlton, i'm buying a truck load of boerewors. ))

at this tarlton event there's going to be the full schedule of jet cars and really noisy dragsters so bring earbuds with. (i have a stockpile of 'em if you need)

Great idea guys i think il make it gos the people howm are fixing my altenator said i should get it back by theusday at the latest and seying that draco didnt let me know were u guys were at the wtf event maybe this time he will get thru and i love the tarlton idea

Great, I'll be there as well. I just need directions to the Ultra City. I'm comming from Witbank.

From Witbank, take N4 Pretoria where the highway splits (other one is N12 to Springs/Benoni), as you get to Pretoria, follow N1 south, just before getting into pretoria, i mean Tswane. After you pass John Voster offramp, keep left and follow N1 Midrand, pass the Old Johannesburg offramp, pass the Shell Ultra City, take next offramp - Olifantsfontein. Turn left over bridge, then left again at next robot to get onramp to N1 Pretoria (going north). Keep left, pass the Samrand offramp and take the next offramp to the Shell Ultra City. Stop the clock, Scott!!
