S13 cooling panel

I am looking to buy make a cooling panel for my S13, does anyone have a decent one or know which co makes the best fitting ones?

I would prefer a metal one rather fiber glass or carbon. Maybe someone has a drawing that I could use to get one made?

If anyone has one for me to copy, I'll do the CAD drawing and post it for everyone to use. Will even make one for free for the donator.

Is there any interest in these cooling panels? I am considering importing a NRG cooling panel, creating the drawing and sharing with all but I do not want the stainless panel. Who is interested in clubbing in for this panel and you get to keep the panel once I have drawn it? Panel shipped is $130.

Don't want carbon as I want to build a meth tank underneath it, so need to weld on it.
