ca18 slight misfire

Post by Keagz »

so iv looked at previous threads and nothing relates 100% to my problem so hopefully i can resolve it, i got a ca18det and it drives fine (had a dump valve on when i got the car but i took it off) but when i floor it and put the car into neutral then the revs drop to about 300+- (with a misfire) if not dies and then goes back up to about 850revs... does any1 know the solution to this?

when mine did that I cleaned all the electrical plugs and ground connections in engine bay(that was my problem), or it might be the temp sensor to ecu faulty

your neutral switch is faulty
